Basic PHP Form

Basic PHP form is a simple form to email script, with an optional confirmation page, so the user can review what they're sending and edit if necessary. All fields are validated on the server side, so you don't have to worry about browser compatibility issues.

In addition, this package is distributed as "Careware." Careware is the brainchild of software extraordinare, Paul Lutus, author of the most excellent HTML code editor, Aracnophila.
